Our mission is to connect readers directly with Brad’s work — offering a personal, author-direct purchasing experience that larger retail platforms cannot provide. Every order is handled personally and shipped with care.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected misuse. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
Bundle pricing and promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
AuthorStorefront.com does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. All financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe’s PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is confirmed. In the event of a declined payment, your order will not be placed and you will need to retry with a valid payment method.
Orders are shipped directly from the author within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment. Signed copy orders may require additional processing time as noted in Section 4.
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control are not grounds for a refund.
Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $35. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold and for international destinations are calculated at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion. Return shipping costs for eligible items will be covered by us.
